This batch of plants are a remake of the famous hybrid, C.G. Roebling, using selected parent plants. The plants are hybrids of gaskellina coerulea and purpurata var. ardósia estriata 'Minha Gilda'. Flowers from the batch of seedlings resemble Laelia purpurata var. ardósia estriata 'Minha Gilda', with blue to grey splash on the petals. The flowers are around 10-12 cm in size and have a strong fragrance.
