This exceptional variety is distinguished by the near-complete absence of the dark purple spotting that typically covers the flowers of the standard form, replacing it with a much paler, often whitish or light green hue that gives the plant an ethereal, ghost-like appearance. The blooms are large in proportion to the plant, measuring 6–10 cm across, and are waxy, fragrant, and long-lasting.
