'Perfection' is distinguished by its light pink to white flowers, often with prominent striping on the lip, and its more robust growth compared to the typical form. High-quality specimens of this form can be of award quality, meeting standards for "full, flat and round" flowers. Like all C. nobilior, it blooms from the rhizome with 1 to 5 fragrant, vanilla-citron scented flowers.
