This cross combines two distinctive and uncommon color forms of purpurata. Seedlings from this batch may produce flowers exhibiting characteristics of either parent, potentially resulting in the rare werkhauseri striata pattern or the classic striata form. Regardless of the outcome, flowers are expected to be large, reaching approximately 15 cm, and will carry the species' signature strong fragrance.
