A small but spectacular slipper orchid from the limestone cliffs of Thailand. It produces 4-6 mottled, dark green leaves and upright stems bearing one or two large, rounded flowers (5-9 cm). The blooms are white to ivory, heavily spotted with purple, with a characteristic pouch-shaped lip.
